You go to Hell when you die if you’ve been

bad my Sunday School teacher tells me and
I was bad today, sneaked in a comic
book and pretty Wonder Woman besides
and my teacher spotted her and took her
away but in a fair fight she wouldn’t
last three secs with the Amazon,
yet my hero—heroine?—would show her
mercy and do what she could not to
hurt my teacher and I wonder if it
would be the other way around so I
damn-near asked her after class as she gave
me back my fantasy and told me that
comic books are sinful—instead I said
But you ain’t read it. Then she said she had.
